I was naive, thinking I can build my muscle as fast as my weight is going. Maybe if I was doing it all the time, but no...I'm turning in to jelly!!!! Lol.

Ooh.. I know it can be tough, but you're gonna look better if you work out. A few years ago, I lost 60lbs and had a personal trainer which helped me lose the last 25. It was the first time I've ever lifted weights in my life. A few months in, I was a little disappointed with how little the numbers on the scale was going down. I hold a lot of fat in my belly and my thighs and still was quite. But then I looked at myself as a whole and realized that I had visible muscles on my shoulders, my tricpes were visible, my booty perked up, and although I still had my signature thunder thighs, I was able to see my quads starting to pop out. Yes, there were spots that I was not happy with, but there was also progress that I have never seen in my life. Also, at the weight I was at I know I used to need 2 pant sizes larger than what I was wearing at the time. Focus on the progress and don't let the other areas get you down. You're doing great, lady!
