Calorie intake: 1200 calories Burn about: 2000 caloriesWorkout: Recumbent Bike: (3X) 15 minutes at 4-5MPH, maximum tension..... Nutritionist, stated I cannot lose anymore weight, I have no more fat to burn and any additional weight I will be losing will be muscle. Current weight, 268 and the nutritionist stated, I have about 20-25 pounds of excess skin making my true weight 243lbs what are your thoughts on this?
