I’ve had some regain. I’ll be 5 years out next March and I’ve gained back almost half of what I lost. I’m extremely depressed about it. I met with my doctor last week and see my nutritionist in a couple weeks.
I work out with a trainer 1-2 times per week and go to the gym 3-4 times per week for about 40 minutes. I do HIIT training. I try to track but I’m not great at it…and I tend to get extremely obsessive about the numbers.
I’m starting to feel like a failure and I feel like a deer in headlights! If you’ve been down this road please help. I could use some support and encouragement.
They did encourage me to eat certain calorie amounts, in estimate. They didn’t want to put me on low carb or anything like that - aside from protein protein protein.
