I'm a week out myself. I was always hungry but it's because I wasn't following the 5/30 rule as far as drinking. This is a marathon not a sprint.

I was sleeved on the 27th. I came off my pain meds yesterday and today I start full liquids but I have a craving for meat. I'm over all these liquids

I'm having surgery in the am. I asked my mom to help me a few weeks ago. On Friday she decides to tell me she can't,no reason she just can't. So I find other means for my roses and for my dogs. Tonight one of my friends watching my dogs, after only having my 18wk old puppy for 2hrs, messagese bitching about how often the dog goes to the bathroom. So now I have to find someone to watch my dog between now and 8am tomorrow morning because the same friend wants to drop me off 2hrs early in case of traffic. FML

I was sleeved on the 27th also. The only pain I'm having is soreness and when I walk one of my suture sights pull but nothing to cause alarm. What's hurting? You may need to go to the Dr

You don't need their approvals. This is going to make you grow an even thicker skin. Personally I'd wait for them to say something then shoot back with I don't remember asking you for criticism, I asked for support

Has anyone used Pedialyte to help with fluids?

Well I was sleeved yesterday and everything went fine. My friend took care of my pup like he said but I'll definitely be taking him back asap lol

I was sleeved yesterday. I'm still very groggy from the anesthesia. I had a hard time breathing when waking up but I think when I sleep I have more of a labored breathing than the breathing they wanted to see. I haven't eaten anything but a popsicle and some tea. I'm hoping to get broth later and see how that goes.

Just wondering how long post op did everyone have to wait before starting to work out? I'm being sleeved on 12/27 and I'm just curious about a time line for that provided everything goes well. I'm very excited

I had gotten sick about 2yrs ago. I had c–diff. It landed me in the hospital for 4 days and I lost about 20lbs from it. It's an infection in your intestines. I'm going to tell my co–workers who are major assholes that I just got sick again. I don't want to hear the comments or questions. I've watched 4 other people from work go through it and I don't need that kind of negativity in my life lol

I'm on the 27th as well! #twinning ....I cheated today. I had a small salad with no dressing. I'm not even sure why I did it. My stomach has been really upset and I can't stop using the bathroom. I thought maybe it would have but it's not lol. Tomorrow right back to my game plan. I don't feel as hungry as I thought I would and I want something, don't know what, so I just don't get anything.

My surgery is on the 27th. Mentally it's hard but now I'm struggling just to eat or drink I should say. I have the worst upset stomach ever. I can't stop using the bathroom. I had to look up other people liquid diets to see what they were doing and theirs is nothing like mine. Im told I'll get lol the protein I need from broth but I can't even stomach it. I had to start adding a protein shake in the am. I am down about 7lbs after 4 days though

I start my 10 day pre-op liquid day Saturday and I'm nervous that I won't stick with it. My job is pretty physically demanding of me and I'm concerned I won't be taking in enough calories with just liquids. I'm going to be a raging asshole for the next 10 days aren't I?
