    Yes. Started drinking a Protein shake daily as instructed. I try to drink it for Breakfast everyday. I struggle with still being hungry after a couple of hours so I snack. And the holidays didn't help. Just not sure what to do now. Sent from my SM-T230NU using the BariatricPal App
