Hello everyone i am four weeks post op today. I had my surgery Jan. 31. My heaviest weight was 307. the day of surgery I was 290 and today, I am 268. I am feeling down because everyone else seems to be loosing much more. I returned to work 5 days after surgery I start working out 2 weeks after. I am following my plan to the T and staying very active. I seem to just be loosing very very slow and I do not know why. What am i doing wrong????????

Sleeved 1/31 I'm only down 12 pounds since my surgery. It is becoming discouraging. I regret having the surgery now because I'm scared I won't loose the weight.

Hey fellow sleevers. I am 9 days post op. I started my full liquid diet yesterday. Today I am not feeling satisfied at all. After I drank my protein shake I felt like I could drink more. I don't know what's going on with me. Im really worried.

I believe you made the best decision in your life. your still early in your journey so you have to get rid of that mindset. Stop looking at all the things you cant have. be creative when it comes to preparing meals with the foods you can have. also never compare your journey to someone's else especially Oprah lol. Stay encouraged its all uphill from here

I would go back to the clear liquid diet.

I weighed myself today, after I already was weighed yesterday. I told myself don't become obsess with scale because I will go crazy. I will way myself every 2 weeks from now on.

try tums for the heart burn and just keep pushing to get your fluids in. I know its hard but you got this! stay encouraged.
