  1. Without going in to all the detail, I've experienced some major life changes in the last six months. I've also found that I've gained 10 pounds. I'm at 18 months post op and I am no longer uncomfortable when I overeat. How do you keep motivated? How do you hit your refresh button each day? What are your eating habits at goal weight? Thanks everyone. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app

    Slippery slope

I am almost 1 year post op. Reached my goal a few months ago. Everything was going great and then i lost my job two weeks ago. The stress eating has set in and I am terrified. I've increased my exercise but can't get control of my eating! Help!! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app

How do I stop cravings ?

I am 8 months post op and have reached my goal. I am slowly increasing my calories, but the cravings hit me out of the blue!!! I started craving sugar really bad. I have found that suddenly I can eat more and I don't get uncomfortable and that is scary. Looks like I need to increase my activity and get back on the straight and narrow!!
  5. I am 60 pounds down and have met my first goal. I am a "lightweight" so I only have 10 pounds left. I just increased my calories from 800-900. I do get nervous though when I realize that the amount that I can eat is increasing. I would love to stay with the very small servings, but as I understand it, the goal is to move to small, but normal serving sizes at some point. Correct? Any post op pros out there on how life looks at goal?
  6. This is by far the best thing I've ever done for myself!

What? ??? I gained 2 pounds for no reason!

NO not really. I think it must be water. I'll wait a few days and try again.

THanks. That's my thinking as well. I weigh every 2-3 days. I take the lowest! lol
  9. I'm sure there is an explanation. I have not changed anything. Still working out, walking, same diet. It has be Water weight or something. I am not getting discouraged. I'm at 14 weeks and very happy with my results so far.

    Eating schedule

Hey thanks for the help on the app. Eating slow is my biggest struggle. I am ALWAYS on the go and it is difficult to stop and focus on eating.
