    I was also sleeved on 11/7, lost 15 lbs the first week, then just a few lbs the following week. I have been at a stall and fluctuating between 2 lbs for the past 3 weeks.     I also had my sleeve surgery on 11/7/16. I have lost a total of 40 lbs (including the weight I lost on the pre-op diet). I have been at a stall for 3 weeks and fluctuate between 2 lbs. It's so frustrating! Sent from my VS985 4G using the BariatricPal App
