I only ate 1 bake chicken wing a tablespoon on fresh green beans and after an hour or two I ate 12 boiled crawfish which was only 29 calories and 6grams of protein! I weigh this morning and my weight is the same still down 35lbs ! I didn't eat one price of chocolate candy! I can pat myself on the back[emoji3]

Does anyone ever wake up thirsty post op
caddygirl replied to marmello's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
I'm like that too! I love water and after surgery I would have ice water on both sides of my bed lol but I found if I drink low calorie Gatorade during the day and one at night I'm not so thirsty but I still have my water by my bedside and in my car! I up to a gallon of water a day now ! By sipping still can't gulp ! -
I agree! I'm 7 weeks out of surgery and I'm only allowed decaf coffee! Because caffeine can cause dehydration! I don't even miss the caffeine anymore and I feel so much better with out it!

I'm seven weeks out and I can't get but a few spoons of purée meats in and only one spoon of carrots if I'm lucky and I just started drinking a whole premise protein in one day instead of 3 days! But I am getting all of my water in a day plus I do water aerobics everyday and water Zumba on Thursdays! -
