Hi skinny mini. I was sleeved on 2/23. I'm doing well still on all clear liquids as per my doctor. I am also having the worst cravings. My family is eating and cooking and the smell in the house is driving me crazy. I am encouraged because my total weight loss from highest wt to know is -30 pounds. No choice but to deal with set back. Try to make a plan on how you will eat before you start so you don't totally slip back to your old patterns. Keep as much of the pre op diet intact if you can. Hang in there and keep me updated. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Similar thing happened to me. However it was due to an infection that had to be treated prior to surgery. I had completed a week and a half of pre-op diet. Lost 15 pounds. Was totally pumped and ready. Family ready job ready kids ready etc. it totally bummed me out. Dr. suggested I go back to eating I'll be at healthier because of the medication regimen required. Still don't have a new date for surgery. I'll find out after the new year. Was supposed to be sleeved on December 17. Really messed with my head. I've kept my sugar intake down. I've been on pre op for 2 weeks. Now my surgery scheduled for 12/17 will be postponed due to infection. Frustrated! Everything else lines up , job family kids etc.. Now I have to cool my jets . I too am struggling with night hunger. I'm scheduled for surgery on dec 17. I have not cut out caffeine. coffee was on my list. I've lost weight, but I'll admit I've cheated a little.
