Make your meals in large quanities and freeze some up so when you dont want to cook you can pull out a healthy home cooked meal. -

Im on liquids now. Surgery is tomorrow. I dont think it was that bad. I just drank alot of broth. I made chicken soup and?at the broth. That seemed to sustain me longer than boxed broth. I also ate?a lot of jello and popsickles. -

Just curious how much help most of you all needed after sleeve surgery? My husband works midnights and I dont have anyone else to help me. Will I be ok through the night? Im getting a bit nervous about beibg alone. Any imput, suggestions is greatly appreciated.
