My doctor wants me too get 60 grams of Protein in daily. How many ounces is this daily? Can't find a good answer out from the internet.

One year of preparing, jumping through loopholes my surgery date was set fire Jan 3rd. I had already started pre diet. Received a call yesterday telling me mine surgeon wasn't going to be available for the surgery. Therefore, they needed to postpone with no date set up for surgery. My mind was mentally in the game, ready and pumped. Now this. Any suggestions on how I can deal with this? I'm deflated and want to eat everything in site. HELP. How to deal? This might be tmi but I have to ask. I am using gas X strips to reduce the gas but I don't think it's working. I am still releasing gas loudly and is very embarrassing.
