I am 3 1/2 years post op, and did not really follow strict diet regulations, just ate smaller amounts of just about anything. In total, I had lost 106 lbs, but recently I have gained 35 lbs back. I am getting into bad habits of eating after suppertime again - always wanting to eat at night. Is it possible my pouch has stretched back out? Can I do something to make it smaller again?
