hi, i live in England and had my op dont Sept 06, i have gained 10 pounds in 1 year , i#'m getting back on track with exercise now and diet but would it be worth having another band fill , i do not feel the restriction as well as i used, i would appreciate your advice regards

hi, can anyone help me with a question, i had my band operation sept 06, i'm worried my band may have slipped as i have had a lumpy feeling for 2 days on and off. i cant put it down to any one thing but i can say i probably am sick once or twice a month where i have eaten too quickly . thanks
