hdsjourney-i am packing my bag now for Mon! here is what i am taking with me: toothbrush & toothpaste, phone charger, hair tie & blistex. the same clothes i wear to surgery i am wearing home-sweatpants & thermal top. oh, and i am bringing a pillow for my stomach & my rosaries. i plan on sleeping the whole time in hospital, so no need for ipod or ipad! just pack what would make u feel comfortable. good luck! i will be thinking of u when i am having surgery-keep me posted. after the first few days you will get past it. it actually gets easier. im getting sleeved Monday & im not hungry at this point. HOWEVER, i came to the conclusion this whole process is all a mental challenge--you can do it if u want too! i know i want too!!! Sent from my iPhone

i need help. my surgery is 12/19 but i am thinking of post op. here are a few of my q's...any help would be great! 1) what is the pain like? 2) does the stomach hurt or just incisions? 3) how do u not get dehydrated? 4) can my 2 pitbulls jump on me? they love to play & lay ontop me 5) how many days after surgery can i not drive for? 6) does the weight come off rt away? 7) what is recovery like? 8) can i sleep on my stomach? or will it be painful? 9) what is the post op diet like? 10) is it true my hair will fall out? ok, enough for now...lol Sent from my iPhone
