gettingkimback-hey! it was extremely hard but i drank lots of Water & ate ALL protein---meats, eggs, string cheese & fruits. thats it. u can do it if u really want to---u just have to find what works for u. i cut out all soda & carbs & starches. Sent from my iPhone -
