i agree laughkc11-it is all mental. that has been the hardest challenge for me. im used to going to food for comfort during good times & bad & now i cant-this is a lifestyle change. not to mention-to do this during the holidays is extremely hard!!! Sent from my iPhone

im 5 days post op & dying to sleep on my stomach but my incisions hurt, i can barely lay on my side. i miss laying on my stomach!! Sent from my iPhone
