I am a little over nine weeks post op and I usually eat about 800-900 calories, but I do exercise for 30-45 minutes every day. I use the Isopure Protein and I also found it overwhelming at first. I would seriously be gagging every day as I drank it. At my follow up with my doctor, he suggested adding some lemon juice to my Protein shakes to take some of the sweetness out of them and now that's what I do now. I even actually enjoy them now.

I am 8 weeks out now. At my 10 day follow up, I'd lost 22 lbs. Then shortly after that, I stalled for 20 days. I was doing everything right so I understand your frustration. However, after that 20 days, the lbs started melting away. I'm now at a 38 lb. loss, but have again been stalled for almost two weeks. I think this is just the way it works. And even though I've been stalled for 2 weeks, my clothes feel looser and people keep telling me I look like I've lost more weight. Sometimes, even when we don't see the scale move, change is happening. Try to hang in there and be patient. You will see the weight come off. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
