Hi phyllis - my dh and i are going away tonight for our anniversary, so i won't be on-line (already starting to shake from withdrawal!!!).

Just wanted to let you know that i lost weight this morning - 204 - yeah - and won't weigh again until july 3rd! i might have to hide the scale!!!
