Aloha, Great to meet another Big Islander. I also had my surgery on Oahu and have to fly there for my followups and fills. Its a big expense, I know, but I figure that I'm worth it. Its been 11 months for me and its been a great journey. Still heading for that finish line.

Alex, The chat room screen is larger now, but still some words can't be seen when somebody writes a long sentence. Is there someway that the screen can scroll to the right so can read the whole sentence?

Alex, I guess I've been spoiled with our other chat, with all the bells and whistles. The new one is very simple, but it works. Can't look up other's profiles, but at least you can do private talk. Thanks for getting the chat back up, I was going through chat withdrawals. Phyllis

Yes, I had the same problem with installing a new version of Flashchat. So I closed the website and came back in later and now i have a different chat room, we have The Lounge, Hollywood and Tech Talk.

Papa, I feel your pain. I lost 41 pound the first three months then got stuck on a plateau. Like you I did everything right, worked out, followed all the eating rules, but the scale wouldnt move. I think our bodies have to take a time out sometimes, well at least mine does. My doctor suggested changing up my exercises. I tried everything, ate less, exercised more, but no change. Funny, but when i ate a little more and exercised a little less, i started losing again. I think I had put my body into starvation mode. Hang in there, You are doing so well, there will be bumps in the road, but just keep going, we will get there.

I use www.thedailyplate.com to track all my food intake, exercise and liquid intake. But like all sites, it only works if you put the effort into it.
