I took the real age test tonight. I am 44 but scored out at almost 60. I believe it since I am diabetic and such. I look forward to testing again in a year and seeing what the difference will be. M:cool:

Have you checked with the LapBand Surgeons in Texarkana to see if they have a support group? Dr. Hekier posts on LBT so I would think they would have a support group also. M

I was shocked at the amount of fat around the patients heart. It looked like a chicken breast with the skin still of it. My husband was shocked also. We are both ICU nurses and it really made us stop and think. I am definitely doing some food changes. Fortunately I quit smoking 2 1/2 years ago and he quit last year. So the food demon is our last to fight. M

Thanks Tricia. I am 5'5" but I am a true APPLE shape. Little bitty bird legs, no BUTT (looks like an old man) but a big belly. Carry my weight between my hips and shoulders. So I hope to see that start shrinking soon. Thanks for sharing. M:clap2:

But right now I have 2005 Chevy Tahoe that is our family car because everything else is a TWO SEATER. But our mainest new ride is our new SSR (SuperSportRoadster) in Redline Red. Went cruisin today with the top down. It has a corvette engine and can haul A$$. Looking forward to the empty nest so we can do some FUN RUNS. In May the Texas Motor Speedway is doing a Laps For Charity event where you can pay 25 dollars and do three laps around the track. WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!! Myra
