@staceyrg2, thank u for the nutritional stats. I'm just in the process of researching ahead of the surgery so reason I asked. Obviously I will be looking close at carbs, sugars, etc before I drink anything during my pre-op liquid and post-op liquid and beyond so know this is out. Also 12/16/16. Started my liquids on 12/2. Getting more nervous then excited at this moment. Have a business trip this week which involves eating and drinking so trying to figure out how to keep to my liquids only when in social/group setting. I'm going to also miss wine! Getting mine on 12/16 in Mexico and starting to freak out a bit right now and second guessing my decision. Have yo-yo'd my entire life losing and gaining the same 60-80 lbs and since don't qualify for Sleeve due to BMI not high enough going with Dr. Ortiz in TJ.
