Slim n 6 is two workout dvds that have a few workout videos u can choose from. The first workout is start it up for beginners, ramp it up, that's after you finish the start it up & burn it up. There's also a 10 minute ab workout. U can google it by searching slim in 6 and I think beachbody. Its basiclly aerobics (spell wrong)

Thanks for your comments Ms. Robbie. I currently have 7 cc's in a 10 cc band. I don't have much restriction right now (I think the weight loss loosen's the band), but I never went with being overly restricted. I have always been able to eat about 3-4 oz of protein and at least a cup of other stuff (ie veggies and/or carbs). This works very well for me and I hardly ever get stuck. I find the band most helpful in that I don't really get hungry between meals (except for the evil head hunger which I still have). Great job so far!!!! Keep up the good work!

I am a new member here- ran across your entry....you seem so distressed. I feel for you. I was banded in April and haven't lost as much as most of the other people banded then....but I know this is just a tool, not a quick fix. Take you time and take it one hour at a time. That is what I am doing. God WILL help you. He is helping me.
