So last night kinda sucked...I mean only a few days in I woke up found myself wanting to eat... I don't't think I was truly hungry ...so I ate a sugar free Jello and went back to bed...kinda feel disappointed even though I got through it progress starts in the mind

I've noticed in only these few days I think alot of my eating was almost just hobbit I know that sounds strange but it's like when I have to remind myself of this diet I'm not really hungry it seems any thoughts on that progress starts in the mind

I start my preop diet the 15th my preop apt with the surgeon is on the 26th and then I'm to be at the hospital the 30th at 630am...I'm so ready I hope everything is smooth and I can quickly recover and be up walking and get back home... so excited for my life after surgery...also feel like it's going to be a great thing for my family I'll be out to be out with my kids more and encourage my husband more progress starts in the mind

So all I'm waiting for is my blood work to come back from labcorp called my pcp they said they didn't have it...got aggravated cause blood work was done the 28th! They said they sent in already but they faxed it to the office for me so I'll be calling 8am that I need myconcent (if all my levels are good that is) sent to my surgeon office....I'm so ready to do this.... seems like there is sooooooo many hiccups in this process....I'm know I'm so close but just can't wait to be at the finish line. progress starts in the mind
