Just search it in your app store. It alternates walking and jogging/running for various times to work you up. You can repeat, pause, whatever. Oh yes I have heard of this from someone.     THANK YOU appreciate that and you are spot on!!! I think I saw your reply to someone who said they couldn't work out and you have them a nice reminder of this is how we got here (if that was you:)) but yes exercise is critical. Sure the results of surgery are great but not enough to sustain us. Plus our bodies NEED exercise to be healthy. Even if it's a walk vs hard core workout. Something is better than nothing...we have to push pass our feelings! I was tired yesterday but reminded myself this is a new me and lifestyle I'm committed to but committed to me and good health in 2017 and going forward too. Way to go to you too!     Just got home from Surgery.

    Had bypass on 12/1 and day 1 was fairly painful but each day after was an improvement. About the 6th or 7th day began to be pain free and just my stomach was a bit sore but felt good around then.   15. What do you put in your chicken salad? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App I didn't feel I was ready to put any chopped onions in it, so I just use either salt & pepper or just some garlic powder (maybe more than just some) I recently ordered & received my Flavor God seasonings, so I've tried it with Everything seasoning & Spicy Everything.   21. Yesterday I started Week 3 and I'm looking for suggestions on semi solid foods you enjoyed and if you got creative while still sticking to the guidelines?   25. I don't know about you all but I'm almost 4 weeks post op and it's been hard trying to put together meals. So I wanted to share my facilities app that has been a LIFE SAVER with GREAT recipes!!! I have tried a few and most recently the Egg Nog & pumpkin pudding for the holiday and they were delicious! Tried the Lamb Burgers with Mint Yogurt sauce last night and they were pretty good too. Be sure to download the app and scroll down to #7 Bariatric Bistro Hope this helps you!!!
