Be encouraged. As I get closer to the end, I'm excited and a bit scared. I started my process in middle of December 2016 and I have 2 more nutritionist appointments to go, and a visit with the shrink. After speaking with the nutritionist today I'm looking at my surgery being between the middle of July to the middle of August. Weight loss is 80% how you eat and 20% diet. I just only heard this but it has proven to be true. Had my weigh in today, and I lost 10 pounds in 30 days. I only went out and walked one night in 30 days. I get small amounts of exercise walking for short amounts of time during each day, but no regular exercise routine. Eating healthy is what's important to weight loss.
