I have huge bruises all over my legs and I'm pretty freaked out . They literally come out of nowhere. I'm not sure what's causing them and I am scheduling an appointment tomorrow to see my primary care doctor as soon as possible. Has this happened to anybody else ? Or does anybody have any idea what is causing this ! I'm so scared pls help -

Nausea and vomiting after 1 month VSG post op
xogipsy posted a topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hello Guys, I have a question ? So I am exactly one month post op and lately everything I get and drink makes me nauseous and sometimes or most times causes some vomiting. I am on the mushy/purée stage right now and I'm ALWAYS hungry. I am eating anywhere between 3-4 ounces of food. I am satisfied for a little bit but then I get super hungry again. I am almost afraid to eat cause I'm scared to vomit or feel nauseous. My question is did anybody else experience this. If so how long does it last and how can I prevent it ? I don't have an appointment with my surgeon for another week so I'm desperate for some help ! Lol also I know this may be TMI but my vomit is like a clear salvia with little chunks/pieces of food . Hey Guys, I got VSG surgery on November 28th and I was put on the mushy/purse stage for a month. Yesterday and today I snuck in a few pics of rotisserie chicken and I find that I am not full and can continue eating more without feeling full or sick. I know I'm not suppose to but I'm also tired of the same foods everyday. Anyways does anybody know if this is normal . Am I ever gonna feel full ?! Please help Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I need help please ! I am 5 days post op and my surgeon has moved me to the mushy food stage and I am having trouble figuring out what to eat and what no to eat during this phase . I am really scared to gain any weight during this stage and I want to lose as much weight as I can . Can I get some suggestions on what you guys ate during your phase ? What did you eat to help you successfully lose weight ? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -

Thank you so much for replying ! You're right it's a head game too but I'm excited to keep going. It's hard figuring all this out and learning what to eat and not to eat. I don't wanna make any mistakes and make the best outta this opportunity. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -

5 Day Post Op from VSG and I don't have "full feeling"

Hello everyone, I just had my VSG surgery this past Monday November 28th and everything went well. But I'm worried because I don't have that full feeling I've been reading about and find myself hungry. Right now I'm on my mushy stage 2 and I am hungry a lot of the time . I don't have any discomfort in drinking and eating and I'm almost worried the surgery wasn't done right ... Has anybody else experienced this too ? And if so what can I do to stay on track ? Any suggestions would help tremendously Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
