So how are you?? I am in so much pain! I feel like I have been in a knife fight! Seriously, the main issue I am having is where the port is. It HURTS!!! Enough so that I called the doctors. I need help in and out of bed, etc. Just can't do it on my own. He told me that unfortunately it is very normal. They have to sew the port into the muscle tissue which is what accounts for the jabbing, rolling pain I am feeling now that the anesthesia has worn off. They sent me home with Tylenol with Codeine and now he told me to add liquid Motrin since it works specifically on the muscles and to alternate between the two every two hours. I am also taking Gas-X like it is going out of style!
