I’m going through the same right now, I can’t eat or drink anything without the cramping. Calling my team in the morning. I can’t even work. I feel full and feel like I have to go to the bathroom or vomit. -

I do a lot of walking 2.5 miles three times a week, and plus at work I'm on my feet moving around all day

I think this is normal at this time bcs I'm 3 1/2 weeks out and I'm feeling the same way, well I was up until maybe Thursday or Friday, the last two days I been fine walking 2.5 miles today felt great, but then as soon as I sat down I fell asleep for like 2 hrs.

Hi everyone hope all are doing well, I am 2 weeks out and I'm just going back to my job today hope all goes well today. I work around food all day, some I'm suppose to taste test but I won't be doing that anymore. I feel great and I hope everyone feels just as [emoji4]

Can I put spices in my broth like hot sauce, I'm 4 days post op and can I have creamy tomato soup

So when you drink the 1 once cups do you just sip them until finish or do yo drink it all and wait 15 min to do it again...Help

Thanks I'm 4 days out and it hurts when I take a lil sip, so I know it's gonna hurt if I take all of the 1 oz at once.
