I'm very annoyed and aggravated with everything because I'm hungry. Since I started the liquid pre-op diet November 11th up until now my surgery is December 8th and I must say myself I have seen and felt changes and my moods because I'm angry about not being able to eat regular food. I weighed in today it's my 3rd week of my liquid diet and I've only lost 12 pounds so far I have 13 more pounds to go my surgery is December 8th. I experienced a stall my second week which had me really worried but once I weighed in today it was a relief for me to see that I've lost 6 more pounds my next weight -in is December 6th. I started my liquid diet November 11th I weighed in November 18th and I lost 6 pounds but since then I haven't lost anymore weight the scale is still the same as it was 2 weeks ago. My energy level has not been the same since I started this liquid diet I feel more miserable than anything I'm just afraid it may affect my surgery if I don't lose more weight on top of the way I've already lost during my supervisor dieting. I have but not 64 ounces maybe 30 probably less but no less than 25 ounces some days I do good with drinking Water and some days I don't drink any at all because I'm so busy trying to get down the Protein drinks and Soups Sent from my 5056N using the BariatricPal App
