Good luck with that , i ate out 9weeks post op couldnt even manage 1/4 bowl of soup.

You are only 3lbs short of the average . i was told can lose about 14lbs a month , i found that a scary amount . just. Don't lwt dissapointment make you discouraged its still working but sadly some people find it harder than others

Hi i know just what u mean . am 11 weeks post op . does improve once u are on solids but i still dont get that nice satisfied feeling . if im not careful just ine mouthful too much and im sick or in a lot of discomfort. I find i am more aeare of nutrition in food than i used to be because of small portio. Still struggling with things like meat tho which are the really filling things so maybe that will imprve hope so so stick with it it does get better but slowly dont rush.

Hi im amazed that you can eat 1 week post op. I was on baby rice n soups for first 2 weeks and only a couple of spoonfuls at a time. Dont give up so soon youve gone thro major surgery. Do you have access to a dietician or specialist nurse? It would prob be a good idea to call them andet them know that you're finding it difficult. Good luck

Hi had same procedure 7 weeks ago took about 5/ 6 weeks before everything really started to settle but feeling much improved now good luck
