Has anyone had the sleeve and hiatal hernia repair? My surgeon said she won't do the sleeve with a hernia she will only do gastric bypass, which I am not comfortable with having. Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

She says it will make my acid reflux alot worse... but from what I have seen and read is that even with a bypass you could develop ulcers and have acid problems as well. Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

She would do the repair at the same time but just won't do a sleeve. She says she will only do the bypass and hernia repair. She won't even consider a sleeve with a hernia. Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App
