Gee, JoannMarie--This is Dec. 2008's Anniversary. Where is everybody? I've lost 40 pounds within this year and I'm very happy about it. I also had to have bilaterial knee surgery anyway. Believe me you don't want to go there unless you just can't walk. That was the most painful experience I've had. I'm still in a great deal of pain. Anyway I haven't heard from anyone in our group. Hope this finds you healthy

Debi; It looks like you really don't have that much weight to lose. I want to lose 40 more pounds and I will be at a healthy weight. I think because we don't have much weight to lose it is harder for the weight to come off.

Hi Tacwoman, I'm from Wasilla and was banded in Mexico last Dec.08. I've lost 22lbs thus far and I've been using Larry here in Wasilla to do my fills. 250.00 Hope you are doing alright. I would like to know how much weight you have lost and kept off. Thanks Vickie

Theres' a misunderstanding. I can use Gas X. I'm glad that your nausea med helps with Gas as well. My problem now is direa.

How much weight did you lose before you had your tummy tuck?

Liz, I just read your blog and I am so sorry things went wrong for you. I know they say this happens. I was banded by Dr. Corvala in TJ on the 9th of Dec. and since the 9th I have lost about 14 pounds as of today, Dec. 22. I'm still on the liquid protien diet. With your complications, Did they have to take the band out? I've heard that many times that they do.

Hi 88KEYZ; Thanks for posting. I didn't get my lap band because of issues but now I'm back on track and am scheduled for surgery on Dec. 9th 2008 with Dr.Cordova in Tijuana. I pay. I think this will pull me out of depression. Thanks again for asking.
