Please don’t feel bad! Just today I saw THREE ladies at the gym who had had the op over the last three years and they have all regained their weight! Please have Amini bypass! It is so much more permanent! -

Please do t give up! You are worth the effort and you deserve this! PleSe find another outlet for your emotions! Help! I am 3 weeks post op. Lost 20 lbs in two weeks and this last week gained 2 and lost 2! So that takes me back to my weight at2 weeks post op. I know this stall is normal but I am freaking g out. I don't regret it! I am 3 weeks post op and thus far lost 20 lbs...but I had a terrible week as didn't lose a single pound! I have read that this 'Stall' is perfectly normal but I wont lie; I am freaking! Did anyone else stall? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
