Hi everyone my name is Angel I'm 37 years old. Surgery date Nov 3rd 2016. My highest weight was 245 my pre op weight 235 my weight as of today is 206. I want to be more into this life changing event of eating healthy and paying attention to my body and its needs , but continue to struggle with realizing if I want to lose the weight and keep it off its going to take willpower and a genuine desire to become healthy. I find myself testing out what bad foods i can still eat and how much without causing my weight loss to haul. Does anyone have any suggestions for improvement in my eating habits and mental mind set to keep me on this journey of becoming physically fit and willpower to keep me losing.
