Internal bleeding after Gastric Sleeve Surgery
adriant replied to L.T.'s topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Naproxen, it caused a 2cm ulcer in the stomach and also caused issues in the duodenum. Either way the surgeon was furious i was told to use it before 6 months post op. I have been on it for years to help with the osteoarthritis in the back and spine now I can't use anything. Sent from my HTC 10 using the BariatricPal App -
Internal bleeding after Gastric Sleeve Surgery
adriant replied to L.T.'s topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
How is your daughter doing? I remembered her in my prayers. I have a camera going down on Thursday to see what the damage is after my bleed, I have also started legal action against the hospital as it was their advice on medication that caused the bleeding. How are you November Sleevers doing out the in BP land?
adriant replied to Lucky2Lose's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Had mine Nov 7th, had more downs than ups and have been placed on the liquid diet again. They are putting a camera down on Thursday to see what is wrong, I really struggle keeping any food inside me, 3oz would definitely be time to throw up. How are you getting on? The Long Walk To Freedom
adriant replied to Chimurenga's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
I am here in the UK and also had to jump through the hoops for two years before the op was done. I had the sleeve on 7th November 2016, and it's been a rollercoaster of a time. They have put me back onto liquid's as I suffered badly with dumping syndrome. I also had a serve bleed, but the upside is I have dropped from 135kg to 114kg. Will be having a camera put down into the stomach on Thursday, so I hope this will find the cause of the issues, oh I can't eat anymore that 3oz, even that makes me vomit. Best of luck and congratulations on your weight loss. Sent from my HTC 10 using the BariatricPal App -

It's private and should be discussed by anyone except you, this person has no right to disclose personal and private information about you without your permission. I would bite her for it, it all depends how deep you want to sink your teeth into her. Sent from my HTC 10 using the BariatricPal App -

Internal bleeding after Gastric Sleeve Surgery
adriant replied to L.T.'s topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Prayer in Time of Sickness Merciful Lord, the true comfort and hope of those who suffer, I entreat that You accept the prayers which I offer to You in my affliction. Grant that this sickness which You have permitted to come upon me may bring me closer to You and lead me to a more righteous life. Master, You send down upon us both affliction and consolation. You are the Lord of life and health. You alone can raise me up from my bed of sickness. Without Your gracious help I cannot hope to recover. It is true that I am a sinner unworthy of Your mercy. But because of Your goodness You receive everyone who turns to You with a humble heart and a repentant spirit. My Lord, Jesus Christ, have mercy on me. Say to me as You said to the sinful woman, “Your sins are forgiven.” Surely I will not forget Your warning to the paralyzed man, “Sin no more, that nothing worse befall you.” My health is in Your hands. You need say only the word and I will get well again. Yet Your will, not mine, be done. You know best what leads to my health and my salvation. You have bestowed many blessings upon me throughout my life, and I pray that You will not forsake me now, in this time of sickness. I bless and glorify Your name, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, now and ever and to the ages of ages. Amen. Sent from my HTC 10 using the BariatricPal App -
Internal bleeding after Gastric Sleeve Surgery
adriant replied to L.T.'s topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hi had the same issues in week 2, all caused by medications. Spent a week in hospital veins in both arms collapsed, it was a nightmare but by day 4 it all turned around and the bleeding stopped, still feel weak but I have to focus on the positives and the fact that I have lost nearly 52lbs and have a new beginning. My thoughts and prayers are with your daughter. Sent from my HTC 10 using the BariatricPal App -
Wish you all the best, I have really suffered from wk2, I really hopes it all settles down. They think that as I had a serve bleed in week 2 that has caused scaring in the new stomach, all will be revealed next week. Get well soon. Sent from my HTC 10 using the BariatricPal App

To much sugar can cause you to have dumping syndrome, which isn't very nice. Sent from my HTC 10 using the BariatricPal App
