Anyone having or had a sleeve weighing 200lbs? SD 14/05/17
Rachel79uk replied to Rachel79uk's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Ahh thank you so much. And you're so right. We all have different thoughts and battles we are going through. I love in the UK and having it done in the Czech Republic as it's too expensive here. So kinds of scared of that I think. But it is what it is and I need to man up and think of why I'm doing this ♡♡ thanks again for your fabulous words of wisdom xxx Sent from my SM-G935F using the BariatricPal App -

Hi Rose,Thank you so much for your response. So many people are against me with this, but I'm so miserable. I do have a few health problems and so this will help, but I have to be honest, I'm doing this for my own reasons of how I look mostly. That feeling of looking in a mirror and being ok!! Wow that must feel great. I'm so pleased for you and I'm so happy I'm actually doing it now. Have a great day and again thank you. Take care xxxx Sent from my SM-G935F using the BariatricPal App -

If you ever have doubts if you should do the surgery........
Rachel79uk replied to sbg224's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I did the surgery because I wasn't able to physically do anything and I have a heart condition. I'm only 42 and have a huge life I want to enjoy. I was terrified of surgery and the unknown of after the surgery, I'm a nurse and know what I'm supposed to tell patients, not anything I can actually speak of. I haven't lost a ton of weight yet but I feel like I'm starting to live... Sent from bariatric pal app I'm scared of being put to sleep I've never Been under, its the only thing that's giving me second thoughts. Any advice? Sent from my LGLS675 using the BariatricPal App I'm not too scared of that as I've been put under with loads of ops, I'm not too sure of what I'm scared of. I'm sure you will be absolutely fine. I'm so glad we all have each other on here to help ♡♡♡ xxxx Sent from my SM-G935F using the BariatricPal App -

Thank God I read this. I.m absolutely terrified. And although I only weigh 200lbs it's still impossible for me to lose it. I was 295lbs and lost 95 with weight watchers but it goes on and off and I'm sick of being the fat friend and not joining in with anything. Thanks for the inspiration xxx well done for all of your nsv xxx Sent from my SM-G935F using the BariatricPal App -

Hey, I hear where you're coming from.i am due my sleeve in Feb, but I'm already worrying it won't work etc. You're really being too hard in yourself. You will do more damage than good if you keep up like this hun. You're doing amazingly well, but maybe just take done pressure off of yourself. I really hope you're OK xx Sent from my SM-G935F using the BariatricPal App -

I'm having mine done on my own too. If my family found out, my mum would put a stop to it somehow and when she finds out.. I'm more scared of that than the surgery it's self. Here anytime. I don't have mind until February ♡♡♡ Sent from my SM-G935F using the BariatricPal App
