  1. 6 days out and I am still struggling with getting in liquids. I haven't had much of anything substantial since before my surgery on Monday, so I managed to eat 1 yogurt today and 1 sugar free Popsicle, and I have been having constant ice chips today as well as a bit of water and half a protein shake. I am hoping it continues to get better each day :(

It will get better but be patient. It has been a slow process for me, I am 7 weeks tomorrow and finally feeling almost normal.

Thank you, it can just be very discouraging and I just really don't want to get severely dehydrated so it has me panicking.

Keep sipping water, I know how hard it is for sure! I do best with cold water but some people do better with room temperature or even warm water. Hang in there, it gets better!
