    Hey ladies I been so busy quick question what fruits do you guys eat between two jobs gym and a 3 year old I barely have time to be on here I went shopping as well because nothing fits at all I'm going bra shopping in the morning I got in some shorts 12/14 I use to wear 18/20 or 20/22 I was so happy I brought two pair and this was in the regular section can't believe It's been two months since surgery

    At my gym they have a pool and and trainer with my surgeon they offer you 3 months free membership to the gym after surgery

    Yes before I wouldn't dare workout due to a bad knee that's why I'm swimming because of the knee

    Happy Independence Day I'm so happy I weigh in at 248 pounds I haven't been this size since I was 9 months pregnant I left the gym so happy I swim 4 times a week and work out 3 times a week still can't believe I had surgery I've lost a total of 48 pounds before surgery and after surgery
