Try Summit hospital in Edmond Oklahoma. They are the best bariatric center ever. Go to Weightwise.com to find a number. They have their own plastic dept and everyone there treats you like royalty -

They gave me drops for gas at the hospital and they helped immediately -
I was put on progesterone before the surgery plus A testosterone pellet injection Yes ladies need some testosterone too. This was to keep my hormones on track. The more I read of others the more I love my BariatricPal center

Where is your diet plan they gave you after surgery? You need beef and pork because you need protein and a little fat. The two shakes and one low carb meal suggestions are the best!

It is not that bod or dangerous a surgery if that reassures you any. Had mine Tuesday came home Wednesday and ready to go back to work on Monday. You will probably see him and future kids you have much sicker and requires more care than this. -

Where I had my surgery I have to attend support group once a month for two years. Doesn't anyone else have these requirements? I had to sign a contract. There are people there post op seven years and some are pre op. It is amazing how it helps. You should also have a patient advocate that came with your surgery and is free forever . -
I hate liquids right now! Loved water before but now I can feel every drop hit my stomach. Also having to have half of the 96 ounces be drinks with electrolytes is awful because I can't stand any thing sweet. Protein shakes don't count either.

I had to have six months education and tests at the Bariatric center, even had to see a psychiatrist. Plus support group once a month before and for two years after. Quality surgeon and team. They let no one rush into it. That is the kind of doctor people should look for -
My doctor had me stop all vitamins until my two week checkup then he will prescribe the ones I have to take the rest of my life

We have a herb a life shake shop nearby and I can get them made to order. Also use the powder at home Just be careful not to put a lot of stuff with sugar etc bananas are the Snickers of fruit [emoji529][emoji529]

I was told to wait an hour after drinking to eat and another hour after eating to drink Right now I am three days out after surgery and am having trouble getting 96 ounces down each day with tiny sips. t -
