Thank you for your post! Very inspiring. I'm a week short out of post-op and down a total of 60 lbs, from 374 to 310. I haven't been cleared to exercise but, started some light weight training this week, and looking forward to getting back in the pool soon. Hoping my weight loss is as successful as yours a year out.
