    I have been using them for 5 weeks but taking a break now. I started breaking out in a rash on my skin, allergic reaction maybe. My Dr. does not like them but I have a hard time will pills and chewables. I plan on using them again. I would love to hear blood work results from others.

    Genpro is my go to for unflavored, I add it to a lot of things and there is no taste at all. Go easy on buying shakes. I have a lot of shakes leftover that I liked prior to surgery and then hated them afterwards. Buy what you need now and then just a few different kinds to try after surgery until you find some you like. Good luck!
