Help...I am 4 weeks post surgery and have lost about 30 lbs but I am hungry all of the time. I am on stage 3 which is 2 x 2oz protein meals and 2 protein shakes daily. Does anyone else have this problem? Oh and I am also craving carbs!

OMG! Me too...I am just ravenous most of the time.I am 4 weeks post op and able to have 2 ounces of Protein 2 x daily and 2 shakes but its in between that I get hungry.
