Lmao I just have to laugh at the stupidity smh The best thing to do when dealing with a narcissist is to ignore them because there is absolutely no reasoning, no empathy, nothing that even makes logical sense. Trying to explain anything to them is like attempting to teach a fish to run. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

@@reree6898 I'm truly sorry you're going through this. As a woman, as a mother, a wife, I feel your pain. Although one shouldn't need to be in a relationship to feel sympathy for what you're experiencing. It's really sad however the best revenge is happiness. As women we are built to deal with pain but that's what makes us strong. From looking at your picture I can see you lost weight. Having challenges with weight issues and kicking butt shows that your a fighter. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

You're right... I'm "not the one sleeping alone etc..." Nor do I have children... In fact, I'm not even married... However, I'm also not privy to the complete details of the OP's relationship... I'm not knowing of all the ins and outs of the situation... What I AM is capable of putting forward my opinion without resorting to judgmental name-calling and derogatory remarks... What I AM is a person who is smart enough to know that there are ALWAYS two sides to a story... I'm also smart enough to know that, upon reading one or two of the more recent posts, there's very little I can say that will be properly read or understood without resorting to the aforementioned childish antics... Chalk another win up for ignorance... Ummm you missed the whole he walked out on her and their children right after she had SURGERY. Now unless she's lying this fact alone makes him a COWARD, mmmk? And since you never been married or have children your comment would be considered "ignorance" since you have no clue what a marriage entails. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

There's a difference between a business contract and a marriage. For example you don't sleep in bed with your boss and have kids as soon as you sign a contract. I feel sorry for the woman who fall victim to some of you manipulating ass men! Y'all stick up for each other like some Girl Scouts. Children are a blessing not "complications " God I hope y'all ain't breeding. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Birds of a feather flock together. Actually when you take a vow in a marriage AND have children you literally don't have the right to just leave with no explanation. Of course your ok with his actions your not the woman he left after having surgery. Your not the one sleeping Alone in the bed wondering wtf you did to deserve that. Wow very similar situation. I don't feel buyers remorse in spite of all the suffering I went through. Don't get me wrong there were moments I did doubt my choice especially when I kept vomiting. I have a almost nine year old daughter. My mother helped me for about three days then I was on my own. But it's nothing I'm not used to which is probably why I'm as independent as I am. I'm sorry but your "husband " is a coward! Who does that?! I believe when someone leaves you because of physical reasons (lost weight/ gained weight) that person never really loved you. But the good side of it is you have so much to look forward to! Sometimes it takes extreme measures for us to see the true colors of people. You will overcome this. I was never really into cottage cheese but when your on a restricted diet it's like your taste buds change. They do have flavored cottage cheese but I prefer the plain one. It has protein so that's a bonus. Today my tummy was really hurting even yawning was painful. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

@Dknal mmmm what I would give to be able to eat an egg. I'm still only on liquids and protein shake. I want chicken! I did sneak some cotton cheese yesterday and felt so bad but it tastes so good. As painful as the stomach spasms are I appreciate them because they remind me to slow my roll. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Can't eat certain foods 2 years post op?!
sunsetsue replied to Beedee90's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I'm confused why your forcing yourself to eat things your allergic to? Tomatoes has a lot of sugar and acid, corn is not really healthy. Maybe your body is doing you a favor by rejecting these foods. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -

Anyone else have a tough recovery?
sunsetsue replied to chunkygirl679's topic in Gastric Bypass Surgery Forums
As soon as I woke up from surgery I was in so much pain. I felt like someone stabbed me in my stomach 100s of times. It took three days for the pain to be tolerable. Now on day 6 I feel so much better. Everyone's experience is unique. Check your temperature if you have a fever you need to contact your Dr Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -
