    I was sleeved November 1. I made the decision for the surgery mid-summer and started the process. I had a fantastic surgeon. I had a minimum of pain afterward, only taking pain meds for 1 day. I returned to work last Monday. My challenges are really knowing when I am full and getting enough Protein in. I know it's early and I will get there. I've lost 18.5 lbs since surgery.
