There is a lot of truth to that. I have tried several things over the holidays (in very small quantities), and while some of them were okay, they no longer hold the same allure they did in the old days.
Good luck with it! I am not sure I did anything to break it, although I cut protein bars down to virtually nothing in favor of real food. Probably the best thing I did was keep on with all my instructions and not deviate to "forbidden fruit".
