    You both will do great !!! It will be the best decision you will make. I had my surgery in November of 2016 lost 103 pounds and loving life, my activity level is more then I ever imagined. Start with small changes now and make sure to incorporate exercise in your journey. Wishing you both much success 🤗

    Hi! I use a ton of different ones I use bariactic fusion, biopro, celebrate, syntrex, quest and my newest one is snickerdoodle it'd the gnc one that is by far my favorite. I always have different ones in the house so it doesn't get boring. Motivation is what got you started. Habit is what keeps you going.
