  1. Mix it up!! Your body has adjusted to your routine!! Add exercises you do not usually do!! Cute carbs further or add veggies/protein in a different combo. Get your protein in after one hour awake to boost metabolism!!! Water??? Follow your program but mix it up!!

    My new not so new stomach

    TxJess I'm trying to learn but not getting it. I dump often. I'm trying to slow, chew, stop. Teaching old dog new tricks is hard. I hate the nausea so I will figure it out.
