I do agree it's not much time. Thankfully the pain has gone away. I hope it stays that way.

Wednesday I had my lapband filled back up. I recently had fluid removed from being to tight. So Wednesday I got 2.4cc back which is a total of 5cc. I'm eating and drinking fine. No issues at all. But Saturday I woke up with this pain right under my left rib cage. Dull pain but gets pretty intense sometimes. Then it goes to my shoulder as well. But my complaint is under my rib. It's off and on but doesn't go away. I thought maybe it's because I don't go to the bathroom regularly maybe once a week. But I've went and the pain has not went away completely. I've looked up symptoms on google and well I don't want to worry about all the horror stories I see. I thought maybe a stomach ulcer as the pain comes and goes but I don't feel like I have enough symptoms to say it's that. I fear it is my band but I'm eating and drinking just fine. Any ideas or share the same experiences with lapband?

My rant..... Maybe I'm just being a brat but I feel like I don't have support on my decision to have lapband. Yes I spent the money because I was tired of the struggle of not losing weight. Not that I still don't struggle but my lapband helps me. So yesterday I was told by my step mother that she's lost 39 lbs (same as me) that what helped her lose weight was the motivation that I got surgery and spent money and she was gonna prove that she could do it without that. Geeeee thanks! 😒 Mind you we never had a great relationship. Glad I could motivate you in such a way to make yourself healthier. Idk how to respond I was just like well I needed it and said I was happy I could help. But part of me felt like it was a jab and I even told my husband about it and he had no comment and I know he didn't because he also thinks I shouldn't have done the surgery and paid money for it. My step mother has been losing consistently but in 300 calories maybe 500 if that. Well I'm still enjoying my food and wine and losing weight not starving myself. Granted I have days I can't eat without being stuck all day but usually I can have a decent meal with no issues. Anyways I really can't help but feeling irritated that she said that. Idk but I do know I've tried and without my band I wouldn't have lost the weight I have so far. I know there will always be nasty comments but ugh it sucks. Especially feeling like she was pretty much laughing in your face like hahaha I lost weight and didn't spend all that money. Idk feeling irritated 😤

I feel like I'm currently in the same situation, I feel I might be in red zone most days but am I?? I have no clue. I get stressed and my band closes up for a day or two then I can eat again. But I have been vomiting more this time around. My throat feels sore today also. Not sure what I should do??

Currently I have 5cc in my band, I think it might be to much because I do vomit often. My throat feels sore today at the base of my neck. Wondering if that's the case or if I'm just having tighter days more often? Just don't want to have my band slip.

WELCOME!!! Mine lasted a week and by the 2nd week I was back to feeling good. My hunger didn't come back until 3 weeks later. LapBand ~ November 1, 2016

I went today and did my last fill with True Results and so far I lost 7 more pounds since last month ???????? they gave me .8 cc's so I'm at a total of 5.8cc LapBand ~ November 1, 2016

Yes!!! Thank you for all the encouraging words. I hope nothing is wrong with it. That's always a fear I have since getting banded. I need to pay more attention to what I'm eating me go much I'm eating LapBand ~ November 1, 2016
