I'm really close to my family but I knew they were against surgery so I waited until the day of surgeryand sent this message: If you're receiving this message I'm already in the operating room getting laproscopic gastric sleeve surgery. I didn't tell any of you because I wanted this to be my choice. I educated myself through kaiser's options program for over 3 months. I love you all. I'm feeling great. I stopped taking pain medicine 3 days post op. I urinated and walked immediately after being assigned my room after surgery. My surgeon said it took 26 minutes total. I'm 9 days post-op but I've already dropped 10 pounds and my body doesn't feel as firm as it used to (specifically my butt) today is my first post op doctor visit but in case in not cleared to exercise what mild routine would you suggest?
